Dashboard Slow?

We know that when you show up for deep work, you need Caveday to be seamless. Instead, some of you have been met with frustrating delays, or even unable to log in at all. Know that we’re aware of your concerns and we genuinely take them seriously. 

Why the slowness at times?

Our dashboard relies on an API whose performance has degraded over time. At peak usage times, things have been slowing down. 

Steps we're taking to resolve the issue

In January, we signed a contract to move off this API. We have a developer working full time on it. We are currently testing the first phase of implementation. Once completed, things will be WAY faster. 

Actions you can take now while we work on a fix

While the Dashboard might be slow to load, it does still work. Here are three things you can do to more easily access The Cave:

1. Try refreshing the Dashboard Yes, we know that sounds like the oldest trick in the book, but it often works!

2. Book in advance Once you’re in the dashboard, book the Caves you know you want to attend in advance so you can access directly from your calendar vs going to the Dashboard.

3. Legacy Dashboard
